Every Imperial Candle is freshly hand made and for this reason the current processing period for consignments within the UK is 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays) of receipt of order. Orders then will be delivered the next working day from dispatch. For orders placed after 12 PM allow an extra business day.

How to Enter:
Every completed order placed during the promotional period will automatically count as one (1) entry into the giveaway. No minimum spend required.

No purchase necessary for Northern Ireland residents. To enter without making a purchase, please email support@imperialcandles.co.uk with the subject “Studio Tour Entry” and include your full name and email address.

The Prize:
One (1) winner will receive 2 x standard entry tickets to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter™, located in London, UK. Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are not included.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted via the email address used to place the order or provided via email entry. The draw will take place in early January 2026.

Claiming the Prize:
The selected winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.

Restrictions:
Open to UK residents only.
