Complaints about a specific Seller, goods or services must be directed to the Seller concerned through the contact details provided on the order confirmation email that you receive for resolution directly with them. 8. Faulty Products
In the event that a Customer expresses that a Product is faulty, the Company may arrange for a replacement Product to be shipped at a specific date. The Customer must ensure that the original faulty Product is returned either before any replacement arrives. If the Customer does not return the faulty Product within thirty (30) days, the Company may take Court proceedings in respect of the unreturned faulty Product. Please note the Company is not obliged to return the Shipping and Handling paid by the Registered User.
8.1 Faulty Jewellery
Please note that if you receive a faulty jewellery this is not classified as a "Faulty Product". The jewel hidden inside any of our products are a gift, an extra bonus that you receive when you purchase any Imperial Candles item.
If the free gift inside your products is faulty once removed from the candle /bath bomb/body scrub/bath salts, you will be asked to provide clear photos with the fault from at least 3 angles, your order number/delivery address and the email address used to place the order. Depending on the situation you may be asked to return the jewel for further inspection at your own cost via recorded delivery. Please note we will need to be notified of this issue in maximum of 30 days since the merchandise has been delivered via courier or post for us to be able to assist.
If the product is found faulty (either after inspection or based on the photos provided ) we will only post a random jewel as replacement of the same type and as close as possible to the RRP value of the gift you have originally received.
Please take into account that we do NOT offer any refunds/ or candle replacements if the jewel retrieved for the candle is damaged (missing stones, bent etc).
9. Incorrect Products
The Company or its delivery partners may, in very rare situations, send an incorrect Product to a Customer. To ensure that the mistake is remedied as quickly and as smoothly as possible, it is vital in these situations that the Customer contacts the Company at [email protected] The Company will then be able to suggest the best place for the Customer to return the item to. An e-mail confirming the replacement will then be sent to confirm that the incorrect Product was sent, and to guarantee the replacement correct Product will be shipped. The Customer must return the incorrect Product immediately and within seven (7) days of reporting the issue to the Company.
If the Customer does not return the incorrect Product within thirty (30) days, may take Court proceedings in respect of the unreturned Product.
10. Returning Products
The Customer may return the product in the original packaging, unaltered in any way within 14 days upon when receiving the merchandise.

11 . Best Estimate Delivery Times
All delivery times given on the Web Site are estimates. All information regarding delivery time is non-binding. This does affect the Company’s obligation to deliver Products. The Company works with trusted delivery partners to ensure the best possible service.If the customer doesn’t receive the product/s in 30 days, he should contact the Company for a clarification.
12. Bespoke Products
In rare occasions we may accept to make bespoke products. Imperial Candles can not be hold liable if anything happen with the jewel you have provided. Imperial Candle assumes responsibility only if the product doesn’t get delivered to the Customer.
14. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Imperial Candles’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Order acknowledgement policy
Please note that your order will become a legally binding contract entered in between us upon despatch of your order.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Imperial Candles Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Imperial Candles Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over £1000.00 (Inc. VAT) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
The contract between you and Imperial Candles (Europe) Ltd will be completed on the despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. The sale contract is therefore completed in England and is subject to English law.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Once you submit an order, we will freshly make the product for you. You can cancel your order at any stage until dispatch. If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please email us as soon as possible to [email protected] . Please inform us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity.
17.Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Any vouchers advertised by the Company on any platform can not be used in conjunction with sale items, pre-order items, vouchers, other discount coupons or for shipping charges. Code 'PINK15' offered for the 'PinkParcel' subscribers is available until the 1st of October 2016.
